Friksi.id, Jakarta – Capres-Cawapres Ganjar Pranowo dan Mahfud MD saat ini tengah melakukan proses gugatan hasil Pilpres 2024 ke Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK).
Pada gugatannya itu, Tim Hukum Ganjar-Mahfud meminta MK langsung memberikan perintah kepada Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) RI, agar kembali menggelar pemungutan suara ulang Pilpres 2024.
Sontak saja, usulan atau gugatan tersebut mendapatkan sorotan dari publik. Apalagi Ganjar yang merupakan politisi PDI Perjuangan tersebut ‘ngotot’ ingin Pilpres 2024 diulang tanpa melibatkan paslon 02 Prabowo dan Gibran.
Tak hanya itu saja, Tim Hukum Ganjar-Mahfud MK langsung memerintahkan KPU agar menggelar pemungutan suara ulang paling lambat 26 Juni 2024.
“Memerintahkan kepada Komisi Pemilihan Umum untuk melakukan Pemungutan Suara Ulang pemilihan presiden dan wakil presiden tahun 2024 antara H. Anies Rasyid Baswedan, Ph.D. dan Dr. (H.C.) H. A. Muhaimin Iskandar sebagai pasangan calon nomor urut 1 dan H. Ganjar Pranowo, S.H., M.I.P. dan Prof. Dr. H. M. Mahfud MD selaku pasangan calon nomor urut 3 di seluruh tempat pemungutan suara di seluruh Indonesia selambat-lambatnya pada tanggal 26 Juni 2024.” isi petitum berkas permohonan tersebut, dikutip pada unggahan instagram tante_rempong_official, Sabtu (30/3/2024).
Kemudian, kubu Ganjar-Mahfud juga meminta MK membatalkan hasil penghitungan suara Pemilu 2024. Akan tetapi, mereka hanya meminta hasil penghitungan suara pilpres saja yang dibatalkan.
Mereka tidak meminta hasil penghitungan suara pileg DPR, DPRD provinsi, DPRD kabupaten/kota dan DPD dibatalkan meski pemungutan suara dilakukan serentak dengan Pilpres.
Unggahan tersebut kemudian mendapatkan sorotan dari publik. “

Perlu diketahui, Peneliti senior Lingkaran Survei Indonesia (LSI) Denny JA, Ardian Sopa menyatakan gugatan hasil pemilihan presiden (Pilpres) di Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK), berlawanan dengan logika publik yang mayoritas menerima hasil Pilpres 2024.
“Menggugat ke MK adalah hak konstitusional dan cara yang legal. Akan tetapi jangan sampai langkah ke MK ditempuh hanya sebagai bentuk “pertanggungjawaban” kandidat, atau tim sukses atas kekalahan yang diderita yang mencari kambing hitam,” katanya dalam keterangan tertulis.
Dia menjelaskan hasil survei terbaru LSI Denny JA mengungkapkan mayoritas masyarakat sebanyak 89,9 persen, menerima hasil keputusan Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) yang mengumumkan pasangan Prabowo Subianto dan Gibran Rakabuming Raka sebagai pemenang di Pilpres 2024 dengan sekali putaran.
Kata dia, penerimaan masyarakat luas itu sudah seharusnya juga dapat diterima oleh elite politik atau para kandidat yang kalah, baik itu pasangan Anies Baswedan–Muhaimin Iskandar maupun Ganjar Prabowo–Mahfud MD.
Ardian memaparkan dari mayoritas yang setuju hasil rekapitulasi KPU sebesar 89,9 persen, terdapat pemilih Ganjar-Mahfud menerima hasil pemilu sebesar 90,3 persen, Anies-Muhaimin setuju 79,9 persen dan pemilih Prabowo-Gibran menerima 93,8 persen.
“Pemilih masing-masing kandidat yang kalah, mayoritas sudah menerima keputusan KPU, jika terus memaksakan, bisa dilihat juga sebagai salah satu sikap tidak kesatria menerima kekalahan,” katanya menegaskan.
Dia khawatir jika terus menerus tidak mau menerima dengan tuduhan KPU melakukan kecurangan, bukannya mendapat dukung dari masyarakat malah sebaliknya mendapatkan sentimen negatif dari masyarakat.
